2. Charitable Purpose & Voluntary Contributions

UTM Charitable Trust mobilizes resources for public charitable welfare, including:

• Monthly food ration kits and basic living necessities for impoverished families.
• Financial relief for critical hospitalizations, surgeries, dialysis, and emergency medical treatments.
• Ambulance service logistics and medical transport support.
• Orphan care, child welfare, and educational scholarships for underprivileged students.

All donations and membership fees made through this portal are strictly voluntary contributions for charitable causes. They do not constitute commercial purchases or investments.

3. Payment Gateway & Security (Razorpay)

• Online payments (UPI, Debit/Credit Cards, Net Banking) are securely facilitated through our authorized third-party payment partner, Razorpay Software Private Limited.
• By initiating a payment, you warrant that you are authorized to use the chosen payment instrument and that sufficient funds are available to complete the transaction.
• All payment transactions are executed in Indian National Rupees (INR ₹) unless explicitly designated otherwise.
• The Trust shall not be held liable for any loss arising out of declining an authorization due to exceeded preset credit limits or bank transmission failures.

4. Member Accounts & UTM Member ID

Registered supporters who authenticate via Google OAuth are assigned a unique digital UTM Member ID. Users agree to:

• Provide accurate, current, and complete personal details during registration.
• Maintain the confidentiality of their authenticated accounts.
• Notify the Trust immediately of any unauthorized account activity.

5. Intellectual Property

All materials on this website, including logos, visual graphics, site layout, texts, program documentation, and gallery assets, are the intellectual property of UTM Charitable Trust. Any reproduction, modification, or distribution without prior written consent is strictly prohibited.

6. Limitation of Liability

While UTM Charitable Trust exercises all reasonable efforts to ensure accurate content and uninterrupted platform operation, the site is provided on an "as is" and "as available" basis. In no event shall the Trust or its trustees be held liable for indirect, incidental, or consequential damages resulting from platform downtime, network latency, or banking network failures.

7. Governing Law & Jurisdiction

These Terms and Conditions shall be governed by and construed in accordance with the laws of the Republic of India. Any disputes or claims arising out of or related to the use of this website or donations shall be subject to the exclusive jurisdiction of the competent courts in Mangalore, Karnataka, India.
